How to use Leaderboard and points systems in eLucid?

On The eLucid Dashboard, go to ‘Level Up!’ block. Click on setting button and move on to ‘Rules’ tab. You can set rules as per your requirements to use Leaderboard and point system.

How to generate a course feedback?

Go to the course where you want to take a feedback. Turn on editing using the toggle button on the top-right corner of the screen. Go to the last section of the course and click on ‘Add Activity and resources’ button on the bottom-right part of the section and add ‘Feedback’ activity. You can customize this activity as per your requirements.

How to add a course certificate?

Go to the course where you want to add a certificate. Turn on editing using the toggle button on the top-right corner of the screen. Go to the last section of the course and click on ‘Add Activity and resources’ button on the bottom-right part of the section and add ‘Custom Certificate’ activity. You can customize this activity as per your requirements.

What are the various enrollment methods?

There are various types of enrolments on eLucid as below:
1. Auto Enrolment – Users will be enrolled automatically on logging into eLucid
2. Manual enrolment – Site administrator will manually enroll learners into various courses
3. Self-enrolment – Learners will have a choice to enroll him/herself into various courses
4. Cohort Sync – Learners added in a cohort will be automatically synced with the course
5. Enrolment by user profile field – Users will be enrolled based on their profile field

How to create an Instructor-Led training activity on eLucid.

Go to the course where you want to add an Instructor-Led training activity. Turn on editing using the toggle button on the top-right corner of the screen. Go to any section of the course, where you want to add Instructor-Led training and click on ‘Add Activity and resources’ button on the bottom-right
